Normal Delivery: Also known as vaginal delivery, it involves the baby being born through the birth canal. This process usually begins with labor, where contractions gradually become stronger and more frequent, helping to dilate the cervix and push the baby out. It’s the most common method and often considered the safest for both mother and baby when there are no complications.
Casarean Delivery (C-Section): A surgical procedure where the baby is delivered through an incision made in the mother’s abdomen and uterus. This method is typically used when vaginal delivery would pose a risk to the mother or baby, such as in cases of fetal distress, certain medical conditions, or complications during labor.
